I think it's the problem with the Skullhead's install pack, not the way he installed his own game dude

becuse I looked into my EBBS_SCRIPT file and found this

I used his intall pack but didn't saw any problems.....I mean before...

now I del it and hope I won't got "rich"

There are two possibilities: a) Skullhead didn't install it correctly or b) Skullhead for whatever reason cheated to give the AS extra mnai. Either of those must be how it happened, and I personally don't think he did b). He didn't use his pack so it is completely irrelevant to this problem.

The install pack is bad, it has problems with other scripts not just the EBBS

I think you should re-write the "How to Set Up" thing so everyone get it all clear

Yeah I will re-write it..even though it isn't that hard.

i have a suggestion. if one fights a battle against a human player, he should post a screenshot of the battle results in the campaign thread along with his save. if there are more battles then we should have screenshots after each battle. in this way we get to know what happens with our armies and we can plan accordingly.

Good Idea. I will make a battle reports thread for just this occasion.

Thanks. I don't think it is too much of an issue so I won't do anything as of yet, but if anyone gets a CTD because of it I will make a new EBBS that we will all just replace.

Expect a step-by-step guide to be up in a few minutes. I will try to make it as clear as possible.

Here is the walkthrough for properly installing the EB PBeM mod. It also includes the minimods we will be using. Please make sure you follow this step by step before saying it doesn't work.



Step 1: Download my PBeM minimod v1.2.1 right here.
Step 2: Unrar the folder to your desktop
Step 3: Open up the unrared folder, entitled "EB-PBeMv1.2.1"
Step 4: Right-Click the folder called EB and hit copy
Step 5: Go to start/Your Rome Total War folder
Step 6: Right-click anywhere in this folder (a blank spot) and paste EB-PBeMv1.2.1 into it.
Step 7: Allow all files to merge
Step 8: Go to this page
Step 9: Download Lz3's minimod pack here
Step 10: Install Lz3's minimod pack
Step 11: Download Lz3's citymod file
Step 12: Install it
Step 13: Download Lz3's Phalanx mod file
Step 14: Install it
Step 15: Note we are using RTW.exe...not BI or ALX.
Step 16: Download this genericScript.txt and save it to your desktop
Step 17: Cut/copy the genericScript.txt
Step 18: Open up Your Rome Total War destination/EB/data/scripts/show_me
Step 19: Paste genericScript.txt into this location.
Step 20: Allow it to overwrite the previous genericScript.txt
Step 21: Right-Click "EBBS_SCRIPT.txt"
Step 22: Click "Rename"
Step 23: Name it "EBBS_SCRIPT-sp.txt"
Step 24: Right-Click "EBBS_SCRIPTpbem.txt"
Step 25: Click "Rename"
Step 26: Name it "EBBS_SCRIPT.txt"
Step 27: Go to "Your Rome Total War destination/EB/data/world/maps/campaign/imperial_campaign
Step 28: Right-Click "CAMPAIGN_SCRIPT.txt"
Step 29: Click "Rename"
Step 30: Name it "CAMPAIGN_SCRIPT-sp.txt"
Step 31: Right-Click "CAMPAIGN_SCRIPTpbem.txt"
Step 32: Click "Rename"
Step 33: Name it "CAMPAIGN_SCRIPT.txt"
Step 34: Re-read everything I just wrote and make sure that EVERY step was followed.
