Why is this happening(orange and white units(I change texture in photoshop))???

My guess would be that you did not unwrap the UVW map with 3ds Max and re-apply it to your new texture. The UVW is what tells the model which parts of the texture to go where. If you do not have 3ds Max, then the simple way around this is to not change the basic outline of the parts of the texture file you are changing. Meaning keep the new head in the same place in the file as the old one, with the exact same dimensions and facing, etc... Basically just change how the parts look, but do not touch the size and shape of the parts.
