A stupid question but how do you play battles at faster speed.
In EB 1.0 I could make it go faster but I have no idea how to do this in EB 1.2.

I don't think he was asking where the button was. since he said he knows how it is in 1.0 and i don't think the location has ever changed. So would you please be clearer as to what you are asking?

In earlier versions the normal UI was default, now it is minimal UI, so in a way it has changed

Ctrl-T toggles between normal and triple speed (there is not hotkey for double speed).

To toggle off minimal UI, go under the EB folder in the Windows Start Menu and choose config (I think) and unclick the "minmal UI" option.

I'm sorry but i have no idea what yall are talking about. Would mind explaining what the UI is?

User Interface.

In EB it is the thingy were you chose which units to control and to put guard mode on and stuff.
Normal is as in the picture above. "Minimal UI" then you have commands at the top of your screen when you move your mouse over there (but no speeding up button).
