Remember the Teutonic Hoseat Campaign 2008, where the Order beat almost all the other factions (all but the HRE) attacking them in one swarm.

I was more planning on making a few friends actually. Hopefully. Let's just say I don't necessarily rate myself as the most accomplished of hotseat players

You have to beat the Teutonic Campaign. Or change the files to make it playable from the go

You're in good company. I can't speak for Iggy or Ramses, but neither TheFlax nor I would strike terror into the hearts of enemies by the mention of their name.
