    Default Office system for EB?

I am planning to extend my mod so as to make more offices for every factions.
IMHO, a cabinet like system did not exist in the time frame of EB but it will be a good idea to add some office like ancillaries, for example Guardian of King, War, finacial etc Advisors, or maybe Secret Service Officer something like that handles "dirty jobs" of the king or chieftain, and of course local governors etc.

My main concern is Roma has already has a trait office sytem so it be a torture for me how to add some offices, but do not you think It would be great to have a "Dictator for Life" ancillary?

    Your comments will be aprriciated.

I agree with everything you said! Perhaps some ancillaries to some cities when a character conquers them??

It is easy for me to trigger it
I wish I had choice to add Consuls, Censor etc.
But RTW system does not allow me only additional ones for Rome

It would be nice if offices came with some rhyme or reason that was in the player's control as its kinda just random right now for hte Romans.

No. There were only two people in Rome's history that were given that title; one was Caesar, the other was Sulla. IIRC, the dictatorships throughout the Repubic were mainly only for when Rome was in severe danger, so the trait could possibly be given to a person if the enemy comes within 1-2 provinces of Rome or something like that (at which point, the person should only hold that office for 2 turns), but the dictator for life really only came around in the turmoil of the late Republic. Since EB really isn't able to represent this turmoil, it's best to leave the dictator for life out as well.

I really don't think the Romani need any more offices. They've got pretty much all the ones that the Republic historically had. The others maybe, but definitely not the Romani. -M
