    It would be great to have a "Dictator for Life" ancillary?
    No. There were only two people in Rome's history that were given that title; one was Caesar, the other was Sulla. IIRC, the dictatorships throughout the Repubic were mainly only for when Rome was in severe danger, so the trait could possibly be given to a person if the enemy comes within 1-2 provinces of Rome or something like that (at which point, the person should only hold that office for 2 turns), but the dictator for life really only came around in the turmoil of the late Republic. Since EB really isn't able to represent this turmoil, it's best to leave the dictator for life out as well.

    I really don't think the Romani need any more offices. They've got pretty much all the ones that the Republic historically had. The others maybe, but definitely not the Romani. -M

    I know romani have enough of them, In EB, only Romani and AS have offices, I added some offices for Pahlava in my mod and I am planning to add for barbarian factions and of course for Hellenic factions, too.

    But modding, editing, coding the easiest part for me, I should read all of the historical info about government system of other factions, of course most of them had a systematical bureaucracy but even the barbarian factions had their own governing officers as well, that was the missing thing I want to improve.

    BTW I should read a lot more to make it historical

    P.S. Dictators were chosen in emergencies for 6 months (IIRC) so a one turn ancillary, that is why I am leaving Romani as they are...

    Yeah, because in EB, each turn is 3 months/1 season, not 6 months like in vanilla.

    Also, if we were to do that, the conference of the title of dictator should have some sort of noticeable ingame effect - either all unit prices are cut in half for those two turns, or something of that nature. -M

    Because of the fact that it will take hours even days to search just an office especially used by a faction I am indecisive to use English titles or native titles:

    for example : unsure about what was the generalissimo of Parthians;

    George Rawlinson : The Seven Great Monarchies Of The Ancient Eastern World, Vol 6. (of 7): Parthia

    There were probably several grades of rank among the nobles. The highest dignity in the kingdom, next to the Crown, was that of Surena, or "Field-Marshal;" and this position was hereditary in a particular family, which can have stood but a little below the royal house in wealth and consequence. The head of this noble house is stated to have at one time brought into the field as many as 10,000 retainers and slaves, of whom a thousand were heavy-armed. It was his right to place the diadem on the king's brow at his coronation. The other nobles lived for the most part on their domains, but took the field at the head of their retainers in case of war, and in peace sometimes served the offices of satrap, vizier, or royal councillor. The wealth of the class was great; its members were inclined to be turbulent, and, like the barons of the European kingdoms, acted as a constant check and counterpoise to the royal dignity.
    I thought that parthians used "Spahbod" or "Spehbod" for chief commander.

    Can't be done. Ancillaries in RTW can not be removed from a character via console or script.
    And I highly doubt that anyone will start giving that ancillary to another character just to be 'historically accurate'.
    This 'Dictator for Life' ancillary could be given to FactionLeader or some character with 7-10 Command and 10 Influence?

    Well, I never said it could be done. I just corrected Atraphoenix when he said that it would be a 1-turn ancillary (6 months), because EB runs on a 4-turns-per-year script.
