Noble Sons II- Price for Peace pre sign-up and discussion thread.

As Noble Sons may take aaaageees to get going and away, I thought I would open a pre sign-up thread to get going as the current game system is no where near good...

Heres what I got so far (Inspiration came to me just then so heres the new version)

At the beginning you will get to chose the following army.

Land Based army

Pikemans:8
Swordmans: 8
Archers: 6
Knights:2

Steppe Army

Knights: 5
Horse Archers: 4
Archers: 6
Swordmans: 3

Defence based army

Archers: 6
Crossbow: 3
Longbow: 3
Pikemans: 4

Naval based army

Galley: 4
Swordsman: 6
Pikemans: 4

Most country will get the same ammount of income except the center countries will get extra. Income can be spent for deplomacy and buying armies. Also the previous victor, Beefdom (Yoyo if he wishes), random intruders Pizza kingdom (if he wants to play.. If not it goes to White_eyes) and Republic of YLC will get few additional men to start with.

While this is going to be mostly improvised like Battle Royale, type of forces you got, detailed battle description and hosts' (The God) mood can change the outcome of the battle as I cannot see how I can balance things out perfectly.

We will be using the map that Yoyoma made for us in the previous thread which I will upload in the next few min.

As you can see the game is really rusty. So I am open to any suggestion about how to run this game. I might check out the throne room later to see how they are doing it.

Aim of this game is to eliminate the Vege eating kings although, the ultimate goal is to eliminate everyone else.

Voting in this game means declaration of war, although even if you get the most votes it doesn't necessary make you dead.

Theres alot of diplomatic options like surrender, serve, Ask for a vassal and stuff which you can figure it out.

Oh and the letter rule is still alive. Just send me a pm asking to send it to another player if you want to make it anonymous or forge to look like someone else sent it to them

I think I have mine in another thread.....though I may make my guy loyal to Yoyoma....me and him are killing everyone on Warhammer

I have to go and fish out my info then.....so far....so good....you just need to think on how to get the Mafia elements in it

Behold.. Heres the map which is to be used for the game.

Heres the side plot of the game.

Many years passed by....

King Yoyoma was sitting in his terrace with his Amazonian lover... Enjoying the sunset. He sensed someone was approaching him from the back.

Immediately Yoyoma and the Amazonian pulled out their swords and tackled the intruder, placing their swords on its throat.

"Peace good king Yoyoma!" it said.

Yoyoma carefully took its hood off.. Ugly hag... Who seemed somewhat familiar.

"I hope you remember me King Yoyoma" said the oracle. "After all... I was the one who made you a king..."

"Silence you witch! I have no business with a fake oracle like you!" Shouted Yoyoma. who made a quick eye contact with the Amazonian, getting her ready to forcefully remove the oracles presence...

"I had a dream... King Yoyoma. A disturbing one too! This island of hope will be under attack... I saw black clouds approaching to this kingdom.. Evil clouds... Man with evil desire is about to get on the throne....umm...YEESH... TWO of them too!... Two evil man are..."

"Alright fake oracle. So who is these evil fellows? What do they want?"

"I don't know my sire... But what I saw is field full of dead soldiers... Dead cows.."
*Amazonian gasps
"Dead chickens.. Dead lambs... Dead fish.. all of them.... Then I saw.... Dancing cabbage and pumpkins!!"

"So how would you...umm.. interpret this dream fake oracle?"

"Someone vegetarian is about to rise on the throne.."

"Two of them yes?"

"Yeesh!! Two vegetarians are about to rise on the throne.. You must tell your son about it...Warn him... and prepare him and others for war.. For this island is doomed with a vegetarian kingdom ruling her!!"

King Yoyoma Jr faced his fellow kings. Kings who rules other parts of the islands. Some friends and some hostile. And he asked.

"So who became king in the last 3 years? Besides me?"

*All the kings raised their hands.

"Oh bugger... This is not going to look good..."

Can the people of the island survive from the tyranny of the vegetarian kings? Or can the meat eating kings protect their rights to eat meat?

The ever lasting battle was once again... About to start...

So as you figured from the story, this will be a battle between meet eating kings vs those with the hidden agenda.

While eliminating the two vegetarian kingdoms will be their first goal for the "good" kings, like the previous game, the real goal is to be the dominent kingdoms of the Island.

Oh and I don't even need to explain what happens if vegetarian kingdom dominates yes?

Answer is doom. For every one on the island... Except those special ones who can bear it

It was origianlly planned as mafia with Battle Royale theme of everyone playing for them selves and more betrayal and treachery. But I made a serious error which completely wrecked the system I originally planned and I raged and turned into a role playing mafia.

So In a sense, this is more of throne room RPG then mafia
