We werent expecting you to destroy everything and I was kinda expecting you to end up as a normal townie after the city was destroyed. What I wasnt to know is why the hell did someone resurrect you?

I recruited Faction heir, Reenk(just before he got killed) and I tried shlin the last turn... I didnt get even a "you failed" message.

Oh and i was the only one to enjoy the benefits of a luxury room

Yes I tried my best at messing with the town's heads, however in truth I had no idea about any of the characters and have absolutely less idea about the game mechanics. I could of done a much better job pulling the strings if I was actually familar at all with the game.

And all the posts that contained a bunch of nonsense in it, well it was me.

Also I was partially to blame for the delayed write-up by the host.

If white eye was murdered he would have lost, he was lynched the first time and I said he 'won' I then had him resurrected at the end of night 4, in which you had another chance to make him lose, and murder him on one of the following in nights, instead you lynch him again, therefore meaning the Joker's win was now set in stone.


I know a normal joker role is overpowered, but not when hes resurrect and has to get lynched twice to win.

He was revealed as The Joker, and was never known as anything else. It was doubly confirmed by the host that he was The Joker.

He did an impressive amount of self-detrimental posts which basically admitted he was still the Joker; I'd say that's fair warning too.



However, I do agree, suicide roles are a bit cheesy, even for a Pizza man. There won't be any game-ending suicide roles in any of my games.

It always seems obvious from the perspective of the person who knows, but it is admittedly very rare that someone has a joker role, and you died and came back. This was unique, so you can't blame people for not knowing.

That's the peril of playing a game with incomplete knowledge of all the roles.

I didn't expect it too be hugely enjoyable, of course I was hoping people would find it a good game to play (better because of ATPG reviving it :) ), but I just wanted to do something out of the box.

It wasn't so much neverwinter (good games though they are) but I didnt want my first mafia to end so abruptly, you can imagine what I felt after getting the damn thing going again to end up with white eyes blowing up the world the next day.

Actually to be fair, everyone who voted for the Joker did that. Plus my inept attempts to stop him, but that was roleplaying.

Thanks for hosting Ares, yeah it ran into some roadblocks, but no worries, it was fun to roleplay and I enjoyed this little game quite a bit because of that.

Of course, thanks to Atpg for helping Ares out at the end.

Congrats times two White eyes , I personally don't mind games with Jokers, with maybe the added option that if a majority of players want to continue on they can.
