1) No, I used the "move_character" cheat to move my army and agents north and then Force Diplomacy to give Sparts and Athenai to Makedonia. Rhodios revolted to neutral on it's own once I had taken Pantikapaion.

I used some character names and ethnicities from your mod, but there were a number of files missing from your 0.7 version so I was unable to use more of it.
