For Great Britain, ideally, there would be a number of families, those prominent within Parliament, for example Grenville and Fox, Pitt or Grey.

Thus far, I'm not aware of CA having released any info on how family trees will work this time around.
The things I'm particularly curious about:
1.) Can family members still appear on the battlefield? While I know some royals still led armies in this period, it was becoming increasingly rare.
2.) Can we marry princes/princesses into other factions' families, thus possibly gaining a claim to that nation's throne (and vice versa)?
3.) If our government is a monarchy (or constitutional monarchy), will we be able to designate who's next in line for the throne?
4.) How will families work if our faction has switched to a democratic/republican government?

I hear that the Count of Montecristo is looking for a job in government.
I'll bet Napoleon will hire him.
Anyways, I hope family trees aren't destroyed. I love tracing my family tree down through the years to the present generation, carrying on cool legacies, etc. Even in a Republic, I sincerely hope they're kept, symbolizing prominent families and such. Of course, civil wars could screw families up entirely.... Gah, I'm so confused! CA, help! Jack Lusted, help!![]()
