You can continue your previous games but it mixes files, so I advice new campaign.
Beware, trait and ancillary files causes some bugs but not CTDs (experinece) if you continue your save game like this.

nvm fixed it by putting the export_ancillaries in the text folder

Please read the download instructions first, as I do not know how to make an install exe you have to perform whole process without any mistake.
Namely, if you fail to replace my mod files even one, it causes CTD.
I was happy to hear you could finally manage to work it.
