Faction name and colour change mid-game.

Ok, in my makedonia game I have lost all territories in greece with no hope of getting them back and i'm left only with mytile(that little island you start with near asia) and I want to start a new asian kingdom but I don't know how or if it is possible(I'm pretty sure I've seen it done before though) to change faction colour/name.

I also have no ides what to call my kingdom based on the little island, I could really use some ideas 'cause I'm probably going to do an AAR on my exile.

For color: EB/Data/descr_sm_factions Use paint to figure out what combo of red/blue/green you want.

For name: EB/Data/Text/expanded_bi Do a find and replace for all instances of Makedonia to whatever you want to use instead. I would suggest you take Pergamon and RP the Pergamon Kingdom as that is actually a fairly good spot.

You could try to RP the lesbian kingdom as your only region atm is Lesbos. This would also increase the number of readers for your future AAR significantly. lol

Yeah exept Lesbos never was a kingdom it was a "free" "ally" of athens during the peloponnesian wars and had a democratic government. then came the maks and reduced it to an occidental "satrapy". So i agree with Mjolnir in that you should do pergamon.

Use http://www.colorschemer.com/online.html to see what the colour will look like.

For the name, I'd suggest Basileion Lesbou. People could be the Lesboi. Note that there is no "i" in between the "b" and the "o". Yeah bow chika wow wow.

Just to be on topic, it seems that exile AARs are popping up quite frequently. Not that there is anything wrong with the current ones, but I fear that a wave of them could really kill the concept. No offense the OP, just voicing concerns

Sorry, I haven't gone near the AARs for a while and if there's too many of the type of AAR that i'm planning to do then it's probably best I don't do it, if you ever find my first AAR, The Idiot KH AAR, then you'll see why, that AAR was really bad, so bad it was almost funny.

Also is there any colours you could suggest or any that were used by the island historically.

What about a faction name for an alliance between Athens, Rhodes and Lesbos?
Kinda like the koinon hellenon without the spartans but I would like some help trying to name it.
