Gerund and participle in the same lesson? WTF

Well, sort of. I'm in Spanish 4, and in that class we did gerunds (Estoy comiendo, Sigo hablando, etc.). However, I also TA for a Spanish 2 class, and there I was grading tests involving participles (He comido, hemos hablado, etc.)
(I also take a French 1 class, but whatever. The most I can do there is conjugate -er verbs; and the irregulars être, prendre, avoir, and aller. (Just for the record, the French keyboard layout is way more confusing than the Spanish one.)

So yeah, that's what I mean, I suppose I should revise that statement then: "Hey Desert, you´ll never guess what my Spanish classes reviewed today: the gerund and past participle!

I think this a wonderful Idea! I'm a native speaker myself, but my russian gets messed up with my english at times and well that gets confusing. Keep this up.
