The Guild skin is pretty minimalist.I have broadband, and I still use the Dial Up skin. I come from a usenet background though, which uses plain text, so I'm used to a minimalist GUI. That said, I'm also used to an interface with lots of user-defined functions, which vBulletin lacks, but I suppose that's the nature of web forums.
