Missing Icons in some skins

Hi folks,
Just while messing about with my profile, I noticed some missing images that are broken in the Sword Dojo skin. I've listed the url for the missing picture and what takes their place in the alternative skin

It also appears that these icons are missing in the "RTW", "Sengoku", "Black", "Dial Up", "I-Bulletin" (and it's relevant different colour counterparts), "PS3", "Lite" and "Xmas" skins.

Xmas is also missing:

At a guess, should be: (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/style...bits_start.gif) with a dotted line going sort of downwards to it.

It may be different though since the icon sets are different for the "Reload the page" button and the "Go back" button on the bar. For clarification's sake, below are the two icons on Sword Dojo (you can see the line I'm describing on the second icon). They appear on the file path sort of view at the top of the page. Left is the "Go back" button and right is "Reload this page".



There's also the multi-quote button missing in xmas:

There isn't really any replacement that would fit in that I can find for this though. Possibly what's used in Sengoku recoloured slightly?

Xmas also lacks the "throbber" for when an edited post is being saved:
