IIRC one needed to be Jubal Barca or a privileged admin to start a thread in the Mafia forum, but that may have been relaxed since I was last there. In any case, if you need to make some arrangements, I can have a word with the admins.

I was checking around TWC yesterday. While there were about 150 or so members active on the Org, TWC had at least 3 times more numbers at all time. If we can help them out a bit as we already have long wait for the Que here, I think we will have a Win-Win situation.

I would still like to have the once in a year match purely for Org vs TWC. I think making it more of a competition then usual will boost up the love of both the forums and hopefully increase interest in the number of mafia players.
While TWC has massive visitor numbers, it has a much smaller and less dedicated Mafia fanbase than the org. In the Mafia forum's early days, I spent a bit of time educating the players there in the nuances of Mafia play, which had already developed here by that time. While I haven't been keeping a close eye on their respective forums (most of my time being spent on moderating TWC), AFAICS the org's Mafia play has developed even further since then, showcased by the Capo games. I feel the best results for a TWC game would come if an orgah hosted a game there, with a large import of orgah players, and the TWCers can learn from the sophistication and energy of the orgah Mafia play. I don't think TWC has the fanbase yet to compete with the orgahs in Mafia, but cross-fertilisation of the kind I suggest would help popularise the game in both forums.
