I doubt that anyone on this forum hasn't seen the entire ETW subforum, but thanks for the reminder anyways!

Funny thing is, I just donwloaded EB for the first time last week, and am loving it so much I completely stopped paying attention to ETW...
Sooo, who has higher system (but not graphic) requirements: EB or ETW?? After all, M2TW runs on my computer with no problems, whereas EB has lately been lagging, and very severly on the campaign map.
Weird... what do you have on settings? Actually, there was a whole thread about lagging campaign maps, maybe look through there.

Well, actually, my whole computer has been a slow piece of junks for past two months, and it is not infected with anything, as I have Kaspersky, pretty much the best you can get in anti-malware software. Seriously, it is the best antivirus out there, nothing can beat it. The only problem is that it uses up a fairly sizeable amount of memory, and its scans take forever (two days) on a slow computer such as mine. Finally it is very expensive, and you have to renew it all the time.
Whatever it is though, my computer IS slow. It used to be able to run EB and games such as CoH on the absolute highest settings, but now it struggles on all settings, and lowering graphics does not alleviate the problem even by a bit. I am bying RAM to remedy this. My computer has a 2.4 GB processor and 960 RAM. And yes I defrag it. I also have Registry Booster.
Reinstall Windows, use a decent free anti-virus such as AVG.
Nuff said.
Seriously - you bought a decent engine for a computer (depending, of course, on when you got it) and have handicapped yourself in the memory department. Bump it to 2-3 Gb RAM and you'll likely be sailing along (providing vid card isn't gimped as well.)
Edit: Should add if you're running Vista might want to make that 3-4 Gb RAM for the same performance bump.
