Why can't I build MIC units and the Barracks in Taras?

its me again the noobster :( sorry

It said 'homeland something' in Taras within its buildings tab and i built a type 1 govt... now i have a consular chamber something something like that/type 4 'governors villa' like house and i still can't build a barracks (even the type 1 barracks) just the brown roofed barracks...

soooooooo... is it a bug? is it related to the EB script? or is it just normal?

it's normal, before the polybian reforms segesta is the only city that you don't already own where you can build your faction barracks

Seconded....

AND, when you conquer new provinces, remember to check what MICs they have, if they are MICs that your faction can use, and if they are not: destroy them. If you are struggling to find whether an MIC can be used by your faction, open the building description panel, scroll to the bottom of the description, where it says who can use it.
