Load times are fast, probably a bit longer than Medieval 2, maybe 20 seconds for a battle, if you turn AI turns on in the campaign then it takes about 1 minute to get between turns, I just press space. If anyone wants to see any screenshot of the Campaign menu or anything just ask. The biggest thing I have noticed though, is how smooth everything is, in battles there is never any lag, even when everyone seems to be firing their guns.
