EB 1.2. - Please help!

Dear Forum

After my Romani-crash in 225 B.C. with EB 1.1 I cancelled the game on bovi´s advice and installed the EB 1.2 files. Then I installed the 1.2-Fixes, the force diplomacy mod (I had the mod already installed on EB 1.1 but loaded up the old, backed-up files before I installed EB 1.2) for 1.2 and I changed the reforms-script on my preference (only minor changes on the polybian and marian reforms).
My 1.2 Romani-game worked perfect...until I recently conquered Mediolanum (i.e. I bought it from the Aedui) . I established a level 4 government in order to get Neitos and Brihentin. But NO CLIENT RULER was created after finishing the government building. Ok. I destroyed the government building once again and built a new one... NO CLIENT RULER! What´s the problem with my game this time? Please advise how I´m going to play THIS game without starting from the beginning once again and with client rulers enabled.

I assume that the 1.2-installation suceeded, because on the loading-screen appears "Europa Barbarorum 1.2" ?!

Since I have a little daughter and a little impatient wife (regarding playing this game), I would be very happy If I could continue this game.

for 1.2 you now have to train a client ruler. when you train him, you can leave him in the city and he becomes the client ruler or you move him out of the city and he becomes an allied general...
