That's odd. Usually reform units don't show up in the building description either.

Nah they will. Its like the Carthage Reform units; you can see them, but you can't get them until the reforms activate. Though I believe Carthage's MIC has a "+/-1 enables/disables reform units. Current value = [X]" displayed at the top of theirs. Perhaps a small oversight in the Sweboz MIC?
