im getting the game later today, but i want to know how long it took other orgahs to install the game.
ive heard a few hours, ive also heard 15 minutes....

Took me 10 minutes off the disk. I have a fast PC though. Hours seems pretty far-fetched, unless they are including the time it took to download as well.

Took me about 25 minutes.

expect about 15-25 minutes when installing from disk. About the same time to load a battle ..... :(

whats your specs. it takes me 3-5 minutes to load the big land battle in the demo.

I think it took me 25-30 minutes. It's a 15G installation.

Umm...I'm on hour 15 - and at 98% - via Steam - at approx. 165/Kbs.

Hey, what was I thinking anyway.

I keep checking my file size via a quick formula and I show that I should end up with 14.8 Gigs - which means I have avoided the partial d/l bug.

Anyway, about 27 minutes to go - and then there is the patch. Hope that goes in without any issues. Fingers crossed.

how large is that file? if its too large i cant install at school....

If you bought the digital version of the game you would have to download it. Also there is a small patch to download when you activate the game with Steam.

The patch is pretty small, I got it in under five minutes.
