Post Re: Difference between Special Forces and Pre-Ordering Special Units

I'm not too excited about the Amazons unit, but back on February 19th, when I pre-ordered the game from Amazon, they'd bumped the price down to $39.99 and I saved some money going with them, the price I payed for the game plus shipping now matches the price of the game by itself. Saving money was worth more to me than having a unit I'd probably never use (but might like) from another retailer.

I got a nice surprise on release day when I got two emails for the pre-order units, one from amazon, where I had the game on pre-order months ago and the other from GAME, where I eventually bought the special forces edition from.

Looks like my order cancellation with amazon went through, but they didn't take me off the promotion list. Can't complain though - 8 extra units for me!
