Clarification on Best Buy Special Edition

I have preordered the regular edition. I didn't think that the special edition was worth so much more, especially when mods will fill in the units that I am missing.

While the Special Edition is a rip off on steam I think the map is a sweet but am not going to get the special forces without the Constitution.

I ended up with the USS Constitution, but I wish I had got the Hussars now. Well, like I said, the mods will make up for it.

Unfortunately Game.co.uk was selling the game for more than the other two, otherwise I would have gone for the Hussars as well.
