It really doesn't matter anyhow. I'm not aware of any rule that allows a cop to give a suspect in custody a savage beating, no matter what the suspect says to them.
In these videos, I work under the assumption that we're not seeing the whole story. I assume she was mean, rude, uncooperative ect. Clearly, the officer was very mad at her. But that's still no justification for what he did. They were locking her in a cell when she half-heartedly kicked a shoe at him and he responded by beating her. There's no justification for that no matter how much she antagonized the him.![]()
