background script problem??!

ok the problem is that i am gaining money, as in 100000 per turn on my first turn as makedonia and ime defenetly not that good .
so i think it has something to do with the background script because it dos the same to the ai.

i also downloaded Spoils of Victory, Some trait changes (command stars & cursus honorum), Win Conditions, Force Diplomacy, city mod, and the eb with bi installer.

Edit: i forgot to add that i am playing 1.2 on hard campaign difficulty and i have the script enabled.
