Lately I've been having trouble sleeping all the way through the night. Take last night for example.
Went to bed at 10 (I was tired)
Woke up at 2:39
Woke up at 4:23
Woke up at 6:02
Then I finally woke up for good at 6:45
I'm pretty tired during the day and it takes everything for me not to take a nap. Tips? Suggestions?
