Well, this is a bit of a personal problem, which is as follows:
Usually I get up in the morning and my stomach feels a bit irritated, I may be a bit hungry but at the same time don't feel like eating, eating something hard like bread or so can even cause me to feel relly bad. Then after about 4-6 hours of sitting around wasting time I eat breakfast and become more active, food-wise the rest of the day is then like catching up with my hunger until I eat shortly before sleep, wake up the next morning and usually the same happens again.
Now what i can eat very well in the morning are light things like yogurt but eating a yogurt every morning can be pretty expensive and doesn't give a lot of energy either, I often ate muesli but that is also expensive and also not light enough.
So I'm wondering whether anyone has an idea for some light food that is easy to make(well, it can cost a bit more if it has to) and will jumpstart me into the morning without irritating my stomach which apparently cannot handle much in the morning?
Or should i just force myself to eat something else every morning and hope my stomach changes instead of making me feel like throwing up all the time?
It's been like that for a while now and I slowly start to feel like it ruins my days/mornings and I should get this sorted out.
Any advice?
