I'd concur with similar experiences. Ironically most of the folks who've told me that are ex-military guys. One I used to work with said "You can go all day on a good breakfast". I don't necessarily agree completely with him, BUT every once in awhile when I do have a nice, big breakfast, my days are usually much better and I have much more energy. Unfortunately I tend to do the same, most of the time it's a powerbar and some milk, maybe some OJ... but that's about it.
Bunny Frogger, perhaps you should visit a nutritionist? Maybe a good investment in time and cash.
