just called the sega suuport line and found out some information - from a very helpful football manager support person.

The support line for ETW is open Monday - Friday.

9 a.m - 5 p.m

i installed empire total war

but when i start the game by loader, it says app not installed correctly, reinstall

but when i start the exe it goes to the first screen, the one with courtesy of national maritime museum

after that it crashes to desktop

i am really harrowed,
appreciate any help

sys reqs are

processor- p4 3.0 ghz
graphis- 512mb nvidia geforce8400gs
ram- 512mb

I don't believe you computer is powerful enough to handle this game.
