Steam client update.
A steam Client update was rolled out today, the major fixes?
For all who were having these problems, it seems that it should be fixed. Start up steam and let it update, then restart the client when prompted.
- Fixed "endless update" bug when trying to download Empire: Total War
- Fixed possible case of "Game is unavailable" bug when trying to launch Empire: Total War
