descr_strat checker?

Is there a program that can check if something is wrong with my campaign strat file? I tried to load it in RTW (with the show_err thing), but when I select the faction and click the arrow, it freezes on me and I have to use Ctrl-Alt-Del. After that I get the windows error message

You could try Brandon M's descr_strat editor, but I dont know about its validation features.
