Confused about the USA Campaign

1. i would assume considering its a tutorial it would be easy/easy or normal/normal
i believe u can change the options in your menu possibly i know my mate managed too but i dunno give it a go

2. i believe once u finish RTI it unlocks the USA as a playable faction in the grand campaign.

3. once unlocked u play it in the grand campaign just like u would a grand campaign meaning the campaign ends in 1799 iirc

Episode 5 is the USA in the Grand Campaign. They start around 1780, not sure of the exact year.
