spain has the same flag but no coat of arms
russia gets its modern flag
poland gets its modern flag
Ottomans get something very similar to turkey's modern flag
Dutch flag remains the same i think
Swedish and prussian flags have been described already
And no idea what marathas get.

there ya go.If you revolt as Poland-Lithuania, you'll get the modern day Poland flag.
Also, I heard at TW Center that if you revolt as Marathas, you get the modern day India flag.
