Correct. Monk is in charge of the guides for Empire Total War.

As a matter of fact, frogbeastegg hasn't even purchased Empire, partially because the period covered by the game isn't her favorite. If she ends up getting ETW at all, it will probably be on the strength of the AI and diplomacy.
