faction relations window
ok, not sure if this is a bug or not but here goes.
in the faction relations window, the mini map shows what others think of your nation. now every time i hover over other factions i usually get information on why they like me or why they hate me. thing is, it flashes for 1 second then disappears then flashes for one second then disappears over and over. i can never read it fast enough.
anyone else have this problem? possible fix?

You got to keep your cursor still. Depends on mouse sensitivity and things like vibrations on your desk causing it to move, if slightly, etc.
(Well, this was the case with me, anyway)
