I do not have time to explore all the units in the game. I want to play when I have time to play and then sit on the pot and read about game. (The only time a busy man has to read) When will they make a manual that has some info in it and I do not mean a guide book for $19.95. I hope that clarifies what I want.

The combat controls are great. I love pushing a button and changing the facing of a unit. Move a unit up, change the facing and wow, you have flanking fire on a unit. No more point and drag.
I'm intending to write a guide to ETW. Trade will be one of the things covered . Unfortunately though it's gonig to take a while to complete, and you probably don't want to wait that long.

* Trade ships are specialised ships with a coin on their unit card.
* You send them to trade theatres which are seperate sea-only areas on the campaign map. There are some yellow anchor signs there, park a trade on one of those to set up a trade route.
* Protect your merchant ships, other factions may sink them to get your trade spot. Ther eare only a limited number of trade spots per theatre.

Hope this helps a little .
