    Yes it does, although the increase is less with every ship added. The limit is however many ships you can get in a fleet (so 20).

    Interesting, I had assumed otherwise, I'm already raking in a ludicrous amount with only one in each slot.

    Does a trade ship gain more 'experience' and hence generate more income, if it has been trading longer, similar to the merchants in MTW2?

    Some of my warships have the coin on there after I parked them in a trade zone once so I guess they can be trade ships too

    Does anyone know why I have only three trade slots and thus only allowed 3 trade partners?

    are trade ships good for anything other than parking them in trade zones and troop transports?

    I believe building up the port in your capital allows you more partners, not 100% certain on that though.
