There should be, I think. Last time round (M2:TW) Tamur dealt with them. Not sure whose doing it this time.

The circle format will also be annoying for Avatar use. Extra work no matter how you look at it.

The circle inside a transparent rectangle would probably be the quickest way around that, but then the avatars would probably have to be .gifs...
A better solution would be to adapt the current picture frame format so that it is square with a round "porthole" in the centre to fit the circular avatars.

I think that a circle may actually look ok. This is as long as the consistent border and a similar size is maintained of course.
