    Do anyone knows how to add a cape to a unit?

    You add it merging it into the new unit the same as you would any other weapon or object. However, cloaks/capes have some extra work you have to do. If you bind it to a single bone it will not move correctly when the model turns and twists. So you have to weight all of the vertices of the cloak to specific bones.

    Halie Satanus has an excellent article on how to it here. You can skip steps 1,2, do 3 to view the model rigging, then skip down to Weighting the vertices. Make sure you are selecting the vertices on the cloak, not the unit model.
