The first one is the old evocata skin, can't remember what version they were taken out on maybe 1.0.
The second one is still in the game but you need the imperial reforms to get them.

They look a bit funny with that little hat and proto-lederhosen.
I know, I know. Lederhosen aren't from there.
I remember fighting them when I first started playing. The Xabukoz seem to have kept their spearmen, strangely. I guess it makes sense that they have swordsmen now tough, as "Xeruskoz" apparently means sword-like, according to the swordsmen's unit description.
