What happened to this unit? I've so far only found them in the "Units Documentation" folder, where I also found the lovely Aithiopikon Agema...

Edit: the name is something like "Heruskoz Swaiut".

They look a bit funny with that little hat and proto-lederhosen.
I know, I know. Lederhosen aren't from there.
I remember fighting them when I first started playing. The Xabukoz seem to have kept their spearmen, strangely. I guess it makes sense that they have swordsmen now tough, as "Xeruskoz" apparently means sword-like, according to the swordsmen's unit description.

To me it looks more like a variant of "Dacian" trousers. However, the shield looks a bit too dark-agey IMO.

That means they were replaced by the Cherusci swordsmen? I thought they were an additional unit...
I'm happy that the Xobugozez have kept their spearmen, btw. One of my favourite units, partly because of their beautiful shield design.
