question about the Diplomatic Relations map

When I mouse over other nations' regions on the map in the diplomatic relations page, a tab appears that alternately shows the name and owner of a region and a list of the factors governing relations between that nation and whichever is selected; is there any way to hold the tab at showing the factors governing relations? It always shows the name for several seconds and then flashes the factors about relations for milliseconds and I can never get a good idea of why another nation likes or dislikes me.

Well, on the panel with all the faction names, you can easily see their relations with you

But thats only whether they're friendly/indifferent/hostile/et c, not why, isn't it?

It is very sensitive to the mouse. It took me a while to get used to it. Just keep the mouse stable, don't move or click.

Oh, I understand now. Yeah, its rather finicky, like when you mouse over traits.

well I moused over France and then just let go of the mouse and am still seeing the factors governing relations tab appear for ridiculously tiny amounts of time; is there any such thing as a button to press or a setting to change to get that tab to show for longer, or is my only option to gain preternaturally fast reading abilities?

its a bug. i had that same exact problem. (look up my topic history)

then after a while it just sort of dissappeared...i guess with the latest patch? dont know what i did to fix it, but it is a bug.
