I see not much changes round these parts. Shame really. Time really does fly, and I know I should make more of an effort, but you people hardly provide an incentive! I do hope at least one of you remembers my name, although I doubt it; delusions of grandeur were never really my thing.

And so to the reason I’m back - everyone’s bored. You’re bored of discussing your pixelated worlds, bored making up your faux Lain names and bored of the banal offerings people inject into this site. I myself am bored of the 9 to 5 day and need a little, stimulation. I can assure you that time has been kind to my wit, so what better place to demonstrate that? You can be my subjects. Let the tests begin.

May I just make it clear that my downfall was of my own doing. The Know Marat thread that gained so many followers was ended by ME and nobody else. It was not locked until long after I had left the scene, if you need proof you may check.

Unfortunately, it is true that I was banned from this site, for reasons which shall be revealed in due course. Of course, our friend The Moderator did not publicise this for fear of a bloody mutiny.

But why talk about the past? I am here now as we together approach something wonderful! I have much to teach and you all have so much to learn, so allow me to light up your misguided lives once more!

Right, so getting banned, then coming back is a smart thing to do. I like to call it ban evasion. Where bans are more commonplace, it just results in a longer ban.

Here are a few facts and figures that you should know about.

Look at this thread, he's got three accounts! JamesMarat, JMarat and JamesM. Why does this guy even go on these forums? Do you just come here to spam?

I'm telling you, the lad is an attention seeker. It is clear and evident from his three accounts and the numerous threads he created. He does not post in other threads. He makes his own, dramatic threads that attract the attention of numerous people. He is not even a troll. Attention seeker is as low as one can go online.

If we all stop posting in his threads, he will quit. Instead we post, and he revels and basks in the attention he receives.

Dear little Dutch child, I think the fact that a post such as this has made your day says it all really. I believe you could learn from anybody, not just him. A newborn babe or a wild lion could probably teach you a bit about life based on what i've seen. At least babies don't constantly threaten people and attempt to impress us by talking about how violent they are, and at least wild lions are funny once in a while. And they're rarely Dutch.

As for the rest of you, if you don't want to feed the troll, don't post in my thread! There will always be people like The Dutch One who feel they have to get their two-penneth in, so you're not needed. And as for the secret I promised to tell? Let's just say that my numerous accounts under the name James Marat are not my only ones. I have a perfectly legitimate account that I use frequently to talk about all things Total War. I am in fact friendly with more than one of the people who have posted in this thread, under my other name of course. As I say, we all need a bit of drama, and you people really have taken the bait! It really has been nice to see the other sides of people I thought I vaguely knew!

I am certain that when I return to this thread, some fool will have posted in it in order to give me the attention I so desperately crave. If I am proved wrong, farewell. It really has been fun.
