Roman recruitment of Neitos

How/what is required for these guys.

Liguia Allied 4 gov about to build mic 5 no sight.
Insubbramog allied 4 gov mic 3 about to build mic 4 no sight.
Aimelia allied 4 gov mic 3 about to build 4 no sight.
Gressoallra allied 4 gov building mic 4 no sight
Playing Rome EB1.2

the viewer says mic 4 is sufficient. have they been disbanded or is it a still to action trigger.

Also Samnite heavy infantry should be recruitable in Taras and Rhegion. However I cannot get the basic drill barracks with the gov 1/2 buildings in the first place for even the basic troops. its only the greek lines from the ancillarys

Can someone better then me explain whats going wrong.

Samnite heavys only in Arpi with LVL 5 Roman MIC(I'm almost sure only Arpi). You need the Polybian reforms to get Roman MIC in Rhegion, Taras, Bononia and Patavium, plus a GVT I.

I can recruit Neitros in Mediolanum and Massilia in my current game (as Rome), with LVL 5 Regional MIC. Note, they are damn expensive though (c. 2250 mnai, and 540 p/t upkeep), but they fight hard :)

Thanks. I have options of building level 5 at both but neither show them as recruitable. Bretheran cav is also missing from Massilia which should be availbale. What year are you at? and you have allied 4 gov.

I have options of building mic 5 at Bonaire and Segesta as well but these dont show anything extra. Have the poly reforms kicked in yet.

Poly Reform conditions, see the faq thread. Btw, you can build LVL 1 at Segesta and Roman Barracks at Camillan Era. I have Gov IV in Med, and Mass, the last MIC is `Support through professional Client State Army`. I'm at around 220BC in my game. You should get a message telling you the Poly Reforms have happened if the script is running right.
