I sometimes fantasise about time-kidnapping somebody with a little knowledge from the period of the Hundred Years War and exposing them to "Bladestorm: The Hundred Years War"; all in the name of science, of course.

e.g. Conduct an experiment into effective means of stimulating massive involuntary vomiting in subjects (um, from the time of the Hundred Years War).
