How to edit the launcher image ?

Hey all,
Does anyone know how to edit the ' 00000000.256 ' image file ? I can read it with the Ultimate paint but I can't save any change.

Use 'save as', and save it as a 256 color '00000000.bmg'. Then rename the original to anything you want, and rename '00000000.bmg' to '00000000.256'. That worked for me using Ultimate Paint.

Thanks a lot Puzz3d, it works (My UP version does not allow to save with .bmg extension but .bmp is fine).

bmp is correct. bmg was a typographical mistake.
