    That's it, exactly. They obviously don't think their designs through, and the sloth shows up in so many places.

    Reflects badly on those of us who do a better job.

    For XP C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Application Data\The Creative Assembly\Empire\save_games

    For Vista something similar.

    You have to unhide folders first

    I've got XP and the save file doesn't seem to be there.

    Application Data is a hidden folder.
    Haha ok wow yeah I went looking for the save game folder too, glad I got told where it is here.
    1.3 gig and I haven't even played far into a campaign yet.
    At least I can delete them now heh.

    Information like this really needs to be part of an uncluttered and obviously named sticky .
    "Workarounds and important info" would be a good title for such a sticky .

    Yeah, I like how they said 'we are not the same team from the old TW games. We are a new team and better!'. Just proof that new doesnt always = better.
