Is ATI Radeon 9550 enough to run ETW?

Just doing a quick Google, I see that the 9550 is an AGP 256-meg card that was targeted at media (movies and such) as opposed to gaming. So I'm going to put down a qualified no.*



* In other words, you might be able to run Empire with a lot of fidgeting and hacking, but probably not. And even if you get it to run, it's gonna be choppy.

That's a three year old card. No way.

Monsieur Alphonse, no need to be quite so sweeping with that generalization. The Radeon 1950 XT is three years old, and it would run ETW just fine. The 8800GTX is also a three year old, and it would not choke up blood if you ran Empire through it.

But a budget media card from three years ago? Uh, no. Nope. Negative. Nyet.
