Aedui Reform Confusion

Two quick questions that I searched for but couldn't find...

Which units do you get at the 1st and 2nd levels of Aedui reforms? I'm not sure where to upgrade my MICs because I don't want to get to the top level and then have to start again from scratch when I get to the Neitos reforms.

Also, the FAQ gives the impression that you must BUILD 6 temples, 4 cities and 6 Dauerdanoch...is that the case, or can you simply CONTROL that many?

Also, how do I get the Pictones?

As far as I know the fist reform give you better spearmen and archers.
I didn't understand very well the CONTROL part, but the FAQ has been very acurate for me.

if you get the reforms, your MIC's will be red (meaning destroyed or damaged) and you can build new ones

Reforms give you access to better troops, for example Arjos or Neitos (with the Arverni that is, guess the Aedui get Carnute Cingetos etc.)

All Celtic Factions (Arverni, Aedui, Casse) together have to have these buildings. You can have the 6 temples alone, or you have 2, aedui 2 and casse 2 ... doesn't matter, it just has to be 6 of them

if irc, at the first reform you get the gailache- better spearmen and archers, and with the second reform you get brinhetin and neitos if your playing with the aedui... The carnutes are available from the start.... you should also know that when the last reform happens, you lose the levy spearmen and the taceitos- axemen
